Good Deal 4/30/2011

Just had Quads repair my exhaust on my Rav 4 , (after calling around I thought for sure it was time to junk my baby), but Michelle told me to just bring it in because sometimes her husband Pete can just replace the section of the exhaust thats broken by welding in a section of pipe . He did just that , and with a price that was good to my wallet. Sounds great ! thanks guys ! more

Mean sounding 4x4 4/30/2011

Took my 88 K 1500 to Pete, told him I wanted my truck to sound mean, and when I picked it up he had made and installed an awesome dual exhaust system that not only sounded cool but it looked nice too. He also built and installed new rear shock brackets that I couldn't find anywhere! Good job Pete ! more

Poor Welds Bad Service 10/18/2007

I had an exhuast put on my 2003 Saab 9-3 at Quad's. After a drive to providence and back one of the hanger welds had broken. When i went back to have it repaired not only was i rudely refused, but accused of purposefully mangling the exhaust by cutting it (in a difference place then where the weld broke) and then of drunk driving. (Im a member of S.A.D.D and was recently struck by a drunk driver who Injured a good friend). Was also over charged for thing i didnt ask to have done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE." Pros: Job was done on time. Cons: Welds where bad, would not repair, bad customer serivce more
