Qero has a nice decor, OK food, dirty menus, and cramped seating. A waitress spoke so loudly that she blew away any conversation of patrons. Take a pass on this eatery. You can get mediocre food at much better prices. Pros: In Encinitas Cons: $18 corkage for ONE BOTTLE! more
