This bank is one of the few that still views people as PEOPLE and not numbers. We need more community banks. They treat you excellent, all the time and they actually know who you are when you walk into your branch. When I call, they know exactly who I am and I don't feel out of place asking silly questions. They keep me up to date on all of the new products as they improve. I use them for business and personal and have all my loans with them MD, the bank doesnt charge for POS or ATM withdrawals. POS purchases are always free of charge, and as long as you use PyraMax ATMs, you can do as many withdrawals as you want. I never saw one fee. more

Great for all my business accounts! 10/3/2007

I have been using them for over 5 years now and have never had any problems. Customer service 2nd to none. I even went to them for my Morgage and came out with a smile on my face. Locations from Mukwanago to the south east side cover me wherever my business takes me. more

Just no. 7/2/2005

I don't know what it is with this bank, but I have taken all my money out already, but they will not close my account! I requested by mail, with my signature for the account to be closed, and they refuse. I think it has like fifty cents in it. The service is usually rude, and I hate that there are only a few locations. ATM's are charged and you are charged everytime you use your PIN number, either at an ATM or POS. I don't know what's wrong, It seems the staff is always in a bad mood. Either that, or these people don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't go there--look for a different bank! more
