I went to Dr. Maiers after seeing another Dr.(that would take my insurance) and Dr. Carl Maier refused to give me medical treatment.He said he dosent clean up after other doctors....

Excellent Diagnostician 6/29/2007

Dr. Maier appears to me to be a very talented surgeon and an insightful diagnostician. He can quickly identify an issue and offer treatment that actually works. I have had experience with other physicians who couldn't help a bad case of tennis elbow I experienced, but Dr. Maier had it GONE in 8 days with the proper medication He is not afraid to order proper studies to make an accurate diagnosis when other doctors have passed off serious infections as routine colds. If experience and intuition are qualities you value in a physician, the Putnam Readicare is the place to go. LVS more

Good Walkin Clinic 10/31/2005

Putnam Readicare is good when you need to get in to see a doctor right away and do not have a regular doctor of your own or cannot get in to see your doctor right away. They can also be handy when you have a "semi-emergency" -- an injury that is not so extensive that you want to go the hospital emergency room. They are only open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. I recommend them for simple matters, especially when you know the problem but need a prescription. I would not recommend them for anything really serious. more
