Purrfect Health Cat Hospital

The entire staff does an amazing job, you can tell that they all truly love cats. I brought one of our kitties in for a checkup and she ended up catching an respiratory infection while she was there. When I called the office to see if there was anything we could do the receptionist went out of her way to help. They told me what medicine to use and even had me come down to pickup syringes for feeding, special food, and they showed me how to administer everything. Cant say enough good things about Purrfect! more

When my (now) family of four high maintenance cats needed more TLC and ""specialized care"", I was referred to Dr. Cathy Ortloff by a Veterinary friend of mine. Dr. Cathy and her staff not only know how to deal with very difficult kitty's, from the spoiled 3 month old to the gnarly 17 year old, they also know how to deal with thier very neurotic and demanading Mother!!!\r If your cats care is as important as the care your other family receives, this is the place for you!!!! more

I have been taking my cats to this cat hospital for about 16 years. They have helped me through some very tough times with my cats. They are very conscientious and up to date. They are caring and mindful of the feelings of pet owners. They truly love cats. I had another veterinarian make a quick diagnosis giving my pet a death sentence when it was not warranted or correct at all. I first started with Purrfect Health when I moved my sick pet to there for better treatment and I'm so glad I did. I have heard many other patients express there gratitude and confidence in this veterinarian. I will stay with them as long as I have cats. more

I just want to pass along all who are looking for a vet who specializes in cat care to see Dr. Ortloff and her staff. They cared for my cat for 15 years - and the last 6 months were the toughest of all. They know their industry and they care for the animals that are placed in their care. When I amr eady to add another cat to my family - they are the ONLY ones I would trust my cat care. more

My cat went in to have 10 teeth removed on 6/1/09. Two weeks later my healthy cat was dead from what the emergency room called a 'massive infection'.\r The incompetent veterinarian did not use antibiotics before during or after the procedure. The stitching came out within the first few days & they blamed the cat's metabolism for breaking down the stitches so fast (they made me pay to have the stitches repaired!) Because the stitching came out, the bacteria got into her system and she died a horrible death two weeks later.\r I highly recommend that nobody bring their animal to this place. They make excuses up for everything that goes wrong, and never blame themselves for anything. I spoke with other veterinarians about this & they are stunned at the lack of antibiotics & say the 'metabolism' line was just an excuse for poor work. Don't let this happen to your precious pet! avoid this place!!! more
