The Steer is an absolutely first-rate family restaurant in Highland, right off Ridge Road. Really good burgers, sandwiches, pot roast, desserts, salads, just what you'd expect, but it's the fact that they have breakfast all day that I love.
They have a stuffed French toast (cream cheese and pecans,) that I am absolutely nuts about, and their omelets are terrific.
Service is always friendly (even late at night,) and very fast.
