They are polite, efficient, always show up and I am never uncertain as to what I can leave for pick up. If I have questions, I call. I like the fact that this supports vets and is not primarily a church-based organization. more

I have supported the Purple Heart nearly everytime they have called me and sometimes they haven't been able to come out when they said they would. But, I understand that sometimes you count on someone to make your pickups and they might not come in. So, although I don't know ""Steamed at Citysearch"", I apologize on behalf of the Purple Heart and ask you to reconsider. The Vets fought so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we now have and anything that CAN be done for them SHOULD be done. I will continue to support your efforts to assist our veterans and I'm asking all of those who can, PLEASE DO!!!! It's a great organization and it helps our veterans. Great work, friendly driver, will call them again. Quick service, ran a day late, but I kept the items covered and it wasn't an issue. I even had them come a second time, and they were wonderful about it. more

Did not pickup items on date scheduled,, wanted me to wait for ""Next"" possible date. Misinformed me about types of items they would consider. A waste of time! Now I,ve got to lug the stuff back in or hhire someone to pick it up. Never again. Cons: Waste of time more
