I have been a patient of Dr. Purewal for many years now. I have seen the staff come and go but I must say Dr. Purewal has really improved since the other Dr left and the staff left also. They were the rudest bunch of brats I have dealth with. Dr. Purewal has a wonder nurse who is by far the greatest. She is so caring and really cares about her patients oh and does the best at giving shots and taking blood. The other girls are somewhat just there it seems but not the nurse her name is Robyn everyone should ask for her.all you people bad mouthing Dr Purewal need to get a life and be professional. more

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. PUREWAL FOR SOME TIME NOW AND HAVE BEEN READING SOME OF HIS REVIEWS. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WRITING ABOUT THE STAFF ARE SURELY FROM THE WRONG PLACE. THE NEW STAFF HE HAS THERE ARE GREAT!!! WITH NO QUESTIONS. THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS A LITTLE FAKEY BUT OK I GUESS. What happened..... went back after 5 years and the staff that was once there is gone and replaced with rude, uncaring staff. I'm surprised he is still open Cons: staff is rude, unfriendly, lots of turmoil, unorganized. more

I've been a patient of Dr. Purewal for years, and he's an excellent doctor. He is approachable, caring, and never rushes through my visits. Instead he is patient and listens to whatever my complaints or symptoms might be. I have recommended Dr. Purewal to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Dr. Purewal has been my family's primary physician for several years now. He is exremely caring and is passionate in what he does. For example, he takes the time out of his busy schedule to personally call his patients and informs them of results and answers questions. In addition, Dr. Purewal does not only love children, but has a good sense of humor. His personality makes my kids feel comfortable and always look forward to their visits with him. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Purewal. Not only is he a brilliant doctor, he is the most caring, personable, and dedicated doctor I have ever met. I switched to Dr. Purewal after a bad experience with my former doctor and wished I had found him years ago. He has amazing bedside manner and makes each patient feel like family. I wouldn't take my pet to Dr. Purewal and quite honestly I do not know how he stays in practice. Two very bad experiences are enough for me to know to never go back. Cons: No bed side manner and not a good doctor more

My family and I have used Dr. Nyugen and Dr. Purwal for years. I, at one time had the utmost faith in Dr. Nyugen and loved his nursing staff as they were friendly and very efficient. About a year or so ago a big change took place in the office. I went in for a visit with Dr. Nyugen and all the aides and nurses I knew were GONE and an entire new staff was in place. The new aides and nurses are not friendly, not efficient and at times down right RUDE! Dr. Nyugen is now overbooked and does not have time to listen to your symptoms it seems he brushes patients off on his nursing staff which leaves much to be desired. After 7 plus years we are now looking for a new family physician. It is a shame that doctors do not realize how important their nurses and staff are to the customers and to their practice. Pros: I know Dr Nyugen is a great doctor Cons: His staff- just plain rude and have NO BEDSIDE manner! more
