I am very much grossly disappointed and disgusted on how your staffs treated me. It seems like there is no room for negative and constructive criticism from customers. The next time u wanted some feedback, please make sure those ears are willing to listen, not defensive and preferably with some customer service training. Not somebody who would just hung up, very close-minded, and would sarcastically answers ""no thank you"". No MANAGER handles things like that.\r
I would love to have my refund back especially on my childcare because I did not pay to watch my own son in that center instead of me taking advantage of the PAID yoga classes.\r
