I have received a microdermabrasion and a chemical peel at Pure Wellness Medical Spa. My skin looks fabulous! The esthetician is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She taught me how to continue to take care of my skin for optimal results including regular skin care services with her. I have never had such an in-depth skin consulation and her technique is excellent!!! I also received a laser treatment from Dr. Girault for a skin problem. She was wonderful and made me feel as if I were her only patient! The treatment and service that I received from this Medical Spa were exceptional! I have become a regular client and would highly recommend this spa to anyone who is searching for optimal skin care or spa services! Dr. Girault and her staff are the best!!! If you want a one-stop spa for everything...and I mean everything, try Pure Wellness Medical Spa in Lancaster, Rock Hill or by the Aboretum in Charlotte. They offer botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, massages and more and all supervised by a medical Doctor! The staff is great and when you are with Dr. Girault you feel like her only patient and she spends the time needed on you personally without feeling rushed at all.
