I've been coming to Pure for nearly 3 years now, and love it. They go the extra mile for their customers. When I was pregnant, the technician doing my facial used 6 different pillows in 6 different places to make sure I was completely comfortable. I've had some of the best massages of my life there (Denise is amazing!), and can always count on Wendy to give me a great facial and solid skin care advice. The owner is always there making sure everything runs smoothly, and that makes all the difference in the world when it comes to service. more

comfortable and clean waxing 8/16/2010

I've been going there for waxing for about a year now and I have not been disappointed yet. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. It's always a test of comfort to walk into a salon for a Brazilian but here, they put you at ease. more

The best facial!! 3/9/2009

This spa was so relaxing and peaceful. It was close to home for myself, and it is hard to find a good spa in the area with reasonable prices and a true spa atmosphere. The staff caters to you just enough to make you feel pampered, and not at all irritated. (To me some places can be too pushy.) The facial by Wendy was fabulous! I was so relaxed and my face so clean! I wish I could go back every day! more

Ahhhhh Wonderful Experience 2/17/2009

I enoyed my first visit to Pure Spa last week. I was greeted by a friendly staff, and I absolutely loved the entire experience. Clean, intimate, relaxing environment with only pleasant sounds and fragrances (none of those yucky smells like hairspray, nail polish, or acrylic). Special extra touches that other spas don't do nearly well enough. Michael's massage was great, and I look forward to returning. I already bought a gift certificate for myself! more

Brittney takes care of me at Pure Spa and she is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is extremely professional and knowlegeable. If you are in search of a GREAT place for spa services and waxing, there is no question that Pure Spa is it. more

Best New Spa!!! 8/9/2008

I have received multiple treatments at this spa; including an almost PAINLESS brazilian wax!! I would recommend Brittany to anyone who is worried about the pain! The whole staff is very attentive and every visit has me feeling completely at ease, relaxed and stress-free. Enjoy!! more

I've only been here once so far, but I'm pretty sure it was my favorite facial I've ever had. I think the girl who did it was named michelle - she was friendly and down to earth, and not snobby (nothing worse than feeling like you're being judged at a spa). I'm not sure if it was because I was a first time client, but she massaged my shoulders and feet the whole time the steaming and mask were being done. It was great. I'll definitely be going back to see if they can match that great first impression. Edit: I've now been here at least a dozen times, and I've still had nothing but awesome experiences! Pros: prices standard/reasonable, great service, nice staff Cons: a little tricky to find more

Awesome Spa Experience 3/28/2008

Pure Spa is great. My friend and I both had excellent experiences at the spa. The Swedish massage was relaxing and wonderful. The facials were soothing and awesome. It was an A++++ experience. I recommend the spa for the comfortable atmosphere, excellent service and truly relaxing experience. more

Customer Service at it's Finest! 3/26/2008

Not only were they so polite and caring, they made me feel like I was the only appointment of the day. I was catered to in every way possible. The massage was excellent and the facial made my face light up. They are the most courteous and giving staff of any place I've ever been to. I will certainly visit this spa again. Excellent in every aspect of the word! more
