Disgusting excuse for a business 10/10/2009

I should have done my research before doing business with them. I had two critically urgent orders. They said that it wasn'ta problem. The orders were supposed to be in within two days- a week later I am still waiting and my patients are suffering. Even worse, they will not let me cancel the order even though I was forced into purchasing from elsewhere. The woman on the phone had a terrible attitude, was very unprofessional, and a complete nuissance to my proffesional requests and duties. I, as well, will never do business with Pure Medical Equipment ever again. They are absolutely the worst medical supply company I have ever dealt with. Pros: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Cons: WORST MEDICAL SUPPLY BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! more

HIGH PRICES, RUDE PEOPLE, DIRTY STORE, UNORGANIZED, LONG WAIT, ERRORS IN MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES.... If you like being treated like you're a bum on the street instead of a customer, then by all means, this is your place. If not, go elsewhere to purchase your medical supplies. Would never go here again. I agree with the previous reviewer, this place is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. THEIR STORE WAS TRASHED, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS, AND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY 73 YEAR OLD FATHER. HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! I WAS APPALLED AT HOW RUDE THEY WERE TO US WHEN WE WENT IN TRYING TO GET A WHEELCHAIR AFTER MY FATHER'S SURGERY. Pros: AWFUL.
