It is a great place to get healthy!! The very experienced personal trainers are so friendly and helpful.The fact that it is a private studio and for women only, makes you feel safe and comfortable. They also deal with nutrition along with wt loss which is such a plus.\r \r I have lost 20 lbs so far and 19 inches. I have more energy and self confidene. Pure Health has changed my life!! Samantha and her trainers keep you motivated and encourage you physically, mentally and spiritually. The small family atmosphere makes you feel comfortable to push beyond your limits and look forward to getting healthy with friends. You are their priority. The great results are a bonus! more

Great personal training studio with personal attention 12/4/2010

I've tried to a few other training studios but at this one I finally got some results! They offer group or one-on-one personal training and nutritional consulting. I have lost nearly 20 pounds. I had tried everything, no results until I came here. The staff are great and the owner is very knowledgeable about nutrition. more

Female Health Studio 11/25/2010

I have been looking for a weight loss program that works. I found it with Pure Health Studios!! Samantha's nutrition plan is teaching how to eat the right way. The group exercise classes are awesome. The personal trainers make my feel so comfortable. I love how they give me personal attention. more

They Help You Find The 'Hooray' In You! 11/17/2010

Today I began my self-imposed 3 month 'Boot Camp' with Pure Health Studios. With their Program, Equipment and Training Method, I can tell they are definitely going to get this Grandma back in shape and that I am going to find my 'Hooray!' again! Thanks, Pure Health Studios! more
