Great one stop shop 5/13/2007

I have been shopping at the el cerrito location for 6 years , since it has opened. It has great products, employees, STYLISTS, and skin therapist. I get my hair cut by Danielle, colored by Angelisa, and all waxing done by Joy.They are all fantastic, I would not go any place else!! I have never had a problem shopping here. The sales associates are very informative and they always receive new fun things. I refer all my friends and coworkers to the store. They always have great deals, if you are not sure when they are just ask!!! more

Disaster haircut at Pure Beauty Salon 3/16/2007

Had the worst haircut of my life at this salon, by LaSandra. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, by someone I trust. I was stupid and went to Pure Beauty because it was closer to my home, instead of driving the extra 15 minutes to a trusted stylist. When I brought my disaster hair in to my regular stylist, she held up the uneven, shredded hair and just said "There is no excuse for this. You should get your money back." I asked her to just fix it... I learned my lesson the hard way. more

One stop shop for your Beauty Needs 6/29/2005

This is a combination shop and salon located in the El Cerrito Plaza shopping center. They sell all sorts of high-end beauty and hair products. They also have a hair salon that covers all of your haircare needs - cutting, styling, coloring, etc. They also have an aesthetician who does facials, etc. There is plenty of parking available. more
