Trust us- call Mike and his group at Pure Air!! Mike the owner took time to come over after business hours when we called him mentioning our 85 yr old mom is having her AC replaced in her home- she is nervous. That this is what they quoted her etc. Long story short- Mike saw the quote checked my moms old unit and said nothing of what is being said is correct- no need to spend 3,000.00. Maybe in yr or 2 replacing whole unit yes, but for today- no need to spend a dime. In the end mom decided after a few weeks of thinking about it, she didn't want to wait, she knew a better unit was much more cost efficient- and updated to current. Why just not get it done. Mike, didn't expect us to call him back-SO SOON. Hoping maybe yr or two :) Fabulous work, and he came to make sure all was done to their top notch standards. Trust us call Mike- mention this story. Best company to go with- carrying best products! Mike the owner goes out of his way to make sure you are not being taken advantage of. Always looking out for your best interest, weather you need new unit or not. Call him in the end when you decide. You can't go wrong. We are Thankful for our choice to go with Mike and his crew.
