Puppy Town

It is unbelievable that gullible people will still fall for the cute puppy in the window syndrome. These dogs come from commercial breeders known as puppy mills. They are rarely offered the opportunity to see sunlight, feel grass, play with a ball or chase a child. They are for breeding. The offspring usually have genetic problems from generations of in breeding that won't show up until later in life. Your ""designer breed"" is a mutt. Plain and simple. There are thousands of dogs being killed in shelters across the country and people still support these puppy mill outlets. It is abuse people! Any entity selling these dogs supports animal abuse! Please go to a shelter or find a rescue organization for the breed you want. This has to end. Shame on the City of Sarasota for allowing this place to do business. more

I love this place! Very nice service! Although the employees didn't come check much unless I asked because they were tending to the puppies. They had puppies in play pens, crates, and in little sections. There were separate little areas with a door where you could interact with one of the puppies one on one. Each puppy had at least one playmate so no puppy was alone! They had a very large variety of adorable healthy puppies! They offer grooming service and training and if I lived in the area I would have certainly taken the puppy I bought from there. I got a min. schnauzer/poodle mix. He was very healthy,intelligent and friendly. Although I may say their price range is outrageous. I got my dog on sale for about $750. He's a ""designer"" dog. Very nice cozy place love the decor. They have everything you need for your puppy so if you want you can buy all the essentials when you buy your puppy. (feeding bowl, collar, crate,e.t.c) They gave me a discount and the dog came with some teething toys. It was very very clean there was hand sanitizer everywhere and signs to use it after touching each puppy. I would definitely come back here and overall I give it 5 stars. more
