Worst experience of my life!!!! Purchased my furniture- waited 6 months, owner refused to take my phone calls. Friends ordered a stroller for me - after waiting 4 months and being told lots of different stories, I got my money back. Ordered my stroller on lin and received it in 2 days. Their customer service is horrible and the owner is a jerk. more

My husband and I had the best experience planning for our new baby in Punch and Judy. We relied on the knowledge and know-how of the staff to help us figure out the best crib for our baby. We ordered the furniture and received it a little earlier than expected. They set up the furniture for us in our nursery which was such a help since my husband was out of town when it was delivered and there's no way I could have put it together! I had a great experience and have recommended Punch and Judy to my friends. more

Punch and Judy is one of the only stores in Savannah with a selection of higher end baby items. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I had no problems receiving our order on time and I would recommend this store to friends. more

Punch and Judy was the only store in Savannah that carried the exact Munire crib that I wanted. Their overall selection is awesome and the customer service I received was superb. My nursery is so beautiful because of the furniture I received from Punch and Judy. more

I went in to Punch and Judy with my husband to buy furniture for our first child due in August. The service we experienced was above and beyond anything we ever expected. The sales staff was super helpful and gave us very candid reviews of the furniture they had in the store. They actually recommended a mid-range crib NOT the most expensive thing in the store. The furniture arrived on time and looks beautiful! My husband and I have been back several times to purchase clothing and other items for the baby and have always been treated like friends. more

My wife and I are expecting our first child this summer and purchased our nursery furniture from Punch and Judy. The furniture arrived on time and in excellent condition. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful when I called with questions about my order. I spoke with the owner, Eric, several times during my initial visit and subsequent visits to order more items for the nursery. He was always helpful and recommended items based on usefulness and quality--not what costs the most. I would definitely recommend Punch and Judy to my friends. more

Went into the store looking for a crib for my new child. The staff showed me several different cribs. The owner, Eric, even came over to offer his advice. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive crib and made sure what I bought would be right for me and last for years to come. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the way I was treated. It really bothers me to read some of these reviews about one of our favorite stores in Savannah. Throughout our pregnancy journey, my husband and I made many, many trips to Punch And Judy! Everything was a very positive experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful in every way. Being pregnant with my first child, I was reading every book and internet article possible to find out everything I needed to know about car seats, strollers, nursery furniture, toys, bedding, etc.... I had bought this great book, called ""Baby Bargains"" which rated all of the above baby items.... I researched EVERYTHING! Punch and Judy was familiar with my book and even had it in their store! All of the top rated products that I had found in my book, were in the store! We ordered a Munire Crib, bookcase, and dresser which is absolutely beautiful and top quality. It was delivered to our house and assembled, which was a huge help! When it was time for our baby girl's crib to get lowered, Eric came out and lowered it himself! He even took the time to adjust the shelves in her bookcase. We also were very pleased with our Valco stroller. Everyone was very helpful. Punch and Judy is a beautiful store with lots of unique baby items. It is colorful and inviting. Punch and Judy took great care of us in preparation for our baby and after she was born. I highly recommend Punch and Judy. Top quality items and top quality customer service! We love them! more

In Spetember of '09 we ordered a Creations crib from Punch and Judy, paid in full. After being told on multiple occastons during November, December, and January that our crib was on the way (our check has been cashed) we contacted the CEO at Creations who explained that our crib had not been ordered. Punch and Judy lied t us over and over again, and that is only when they would return our calls. A few occasions, we went to the store to confront them and the owner would not ever come out to the retail area to speak with us. My husband and I purchased a Munire nursery set for our baby who is to arrive in April. It only took 2 weeks to receive and, Eric, the owner offered to keep it in storage until we were ready for it. It is being delivered and set up at our house this evening. I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store and feel good buying from folks who obviously know their product lines. It has been a very pleasant experience for us thanks to the friendly, supportive staff. Pros: Customer service, friendly owners Cons: ??? more

I ordered baby furniture and a glider from this store. It has been 6 months (my daughter is 12 weeks now) and I finally had to ask for my money back on the glider and rails for the bed (to convert into adult bed). I had to order the rails from a store in Atlanta and have no idea how to get them here. I called the store multiple times, only to hear that the owner was not available. When I did finally get in touch, there was no apology. I had to order my chair from another store. This happened to another person in my office as well. Bottom line is, if you buy something from this store, don't expect to get your merchandise, and don't expect any decent customer service. They are awful! Pros: They carry great brands! We purchased our Orbit system from Punch & Judy in Savannah, GA. We returned to get the toddler seat and have had trouble getting all the parts from them. We made the mistake of buying the floor model and accepting an IOU on the braces (for forward facing position) and the sunshade. We have called and stopped by the store regularly to inquire about these pieces without luck. They often tell us that they have ordered parts from Orbit and the delay is because of the manufacturer (we found this not to be true). We were even told not to worry about the braces and use the base to face forward (manufacture states not to do this). As a result, we will not be purchasing another Orbit system from this retailer for our twins due in the spring and would recommend to all future potential Orbit customers to go elsewhere. I purchased furniture from this store and never recevied it! I had to constantly call them and they always had an excuse why the owner could not talk to me. I had to eventually visit the store myself. When I asked for my money back I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee!!! Pros: They're not the only baby store in town Cons: Worst customer service ever more
