Take your business elsewhere! These guys have horrible customer service skills. I drove 40 min to get there.After purchasing my part for 20 buck and did a 1 min install in their parking lot to find out that it didn't work. I walked right back inside and told them expecting a refund. ""We have a no refund policy but we can give you in store credit"" she says. I explained that I used $20 in gas and $20 for the part. They seem unsympathetic towards their customers and have no guilt in robbing them. more

Good selection, clean facility, over priced parts, horrible customer service.\r \r Pulled an interior panel for a project and the large fellow behind the counter pulled a rather large price for the part he was clueless about. Tried working with him on the price and he said pay the price he came up with or leave... I guess he thinks his facility is the only pull your part in town...\r more

My experience has been very negative! The loader operator hauled my car into their yard to process it as scrap damaging parts of the under carriage leaving me with an inoperable car. I had to jury rig the fuel system to be able to leave for an important appointment. after three weeks they still had not supplied me with replacement parts. I had to hunt down my parts from other suppliers, install my own parts and then they refused to compensate me for my time and trouble.I lost two hours working the day of the damage. another two hours repairing my car,. hours on the internet and the fools would not even give me $100 to avoid a lawsuit. the management are shortsighted and this is not the first time such a similar incident has occurred. Used parts are used parts, but beware if your purchased part turns out to be bad. They only allow a one time in house credit, no exceptions.\r This means that if your second part also turns out to be bad, forget it, no exceptions, you've lost.\r The employees comment ""you pulled it, it's your fault"".\r Another thing, if you go in on half price day with your credit, you're not allowed to purchase parts at half price.\r Watches closely at checkout make sure they mark all your parts, they don't always, and you can't return them unless they are marked and you have a receipt.\r Once they have your money that's it, no exceptions, they don't care.\r I will no longer do business with them unless I’m forced to. there are many more places that care about their customers, with exceptions.\r Pros: used parts are used parts Cons: customer service more
