Service with a laugh 12/21/2011

Monday morning I called to tell them I had an exhaust leak. CO in passenger cabin = dangerous. They told me it could be fixed Wednesday. Wednesday they said they confirmed it was an exhaust leak and could not fix it for a week, because only one employee qualified to fix exhaust, and he was too busy. I needed the truck for out of town trip starting Saturday. Had to cancel 10 days worth of travel plans. Pros: null Cons: null more

Hello 7/26/2008

I took my Ford Ranger in because it was acting up, since its almost new, less than 36,000 miles it should be covered under warranty. Three days later and the dealer calls and says the fuel filter is plugged up, I go pick it up, pay $70 for an installed fuel filter and the truck isn't any better. I take it back, it sits for 2 more days they call and say there isn't anything wrong. I take it straight to Jim Tidwell Ford in Kennesaw, they had it for a day, put a new catalytic converter on it and the truck was fine. I am not happy with City Motors. more
