I called ahead and they said they could get me right in. .. it took OVER an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately this is pretty common at the mall location :(

I was extremely pleased with my service I received. I like how they showed me what needed to be done on the car. I asked that all of the pipes and tires be checked since I was getting ready to leave for vacation. That was noted on the order for the technician. more

Since 1995, Pugh's has taken care of all our vehicles both company and personal. i recommend go anywhere but here got tires this morning was told 45min to hour wait ended up being 2 hours 40 minutes and tech didnt even balance my rims there arent any weights on them at all and the car drives like a wooden wagon. Vibrates, shakes, horribly. I was better off with bald tires now I cant go over 40 mph without my steering wheel going crazy. Management blamed me for the wait saying i should have gotten there at 8am however I was there at 752 he says he didnt see me. I drive a 2002 collectors edition transam yellow 6spd. How many a day do they get there? more

These folks know tires! 7/5/2011

I drive about 70 thousand miles a year. To get as many miles as possible out of a set of tires, I rotate them every five thousand miles. The crew here is like a NASCAR Pit crew. They got the job done fast and right! I also use them for oil changes when I don't have time or the weather will not allow me to do it myself. Great service , very good price! more
