Takes time to see and hear her patients. She very quickly diagnosed what I had, something that other ENT Doctors in the area didn't do....they all though it was allergies or maybe "stress". Dr. Pugh has been wonderful and performed a 4 hour delicate surgery on me recently, which was done beautifully and with no problems at all. Truly recommend her, very professional!!! Pros: Takes time with her patients, very thorough. more

Skilled, compassionate and on time 7/23/2008

What a refreshing experience. . . a doctor with skill and compassion! She also was on time. Quickly diagnosed a scuba diving trauma that had been missed by several other doctors and a slew of tests. She gives me hope in the medical profession! more
