I've been seeing Dr. Pugh for the majority of my lifetime, and she is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She's treated several family members and friends as well. The surgery she performed for me was life-changing. You won't find a more capable ENT in the state of NC, perhaps anywhere. more

The Best of the Best! 2/10/2010

Takes time to see and hear her patients. She very quickly diagnosed what I had, something that other ENT Doctors in the area didn't do....they all though it was allergies or maybe ""stress"". Dr. Pugh has been wonderful and performed a 4 hour delicate surgery on me recently, which was done beautifully and with no problems at all. Truly recommend her, very professional!!! Pros: Takes time with her patients, very thorough. more

Skilled, compassionate and on time 7/23/2008

What a refreshing experience. . . a doctor with skill and compassion! She also was on time. Quickly diagnosed a scuba diving trauma that had been missed by several other doctors and a slew of tests. She gives me hope in the medical profession! more
