Anyone having to deal with this organization knows of the lack of consistenency and minimal professionalism that is encountered when calling in to deal with their Customer Service Department.\r

In calling them, one might find that each time PSE Customer Service is called, details and deadlines for an account will vary with every representative that a caller may have to deal.\r
\r
Their billing system is also confusing. On a overdue account, one might get notices dated different days with different minimun amounts dued with different due dates. VERY CONFUSING!!!!!\r

Needs to be overhauled.\r
