I will admit I was nervous hiring a caterer I had not used before for my wedding. The caterer I had used previously left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively and literally), so - based largely on on-line reviews - I chose Puff n Stuff. Our point of contact was Nicole Girardi and while I'm sure the other folks working at PnS are great, Nicole was just amazing. She worked with us to make sure every aspect of our event was perfect. She even went so far as to tell me I was ordering too much food - a level of honesty that I (and my bank account) appreciated. I have been to, and hosted, many catered events over the years and food served by PnS was beyond my wildest expectations. Everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect and my guests are still raving about how good it was. But for as good as Nicole was, and for as good as the food was, nothing compared to the amazing staff who worked the event. Professional, friendly, funny, engaging - just a few of the words I can use to describe them. This event was a very important day and PnS made it perfect. I will come up with excuses to use them again. If you're concerned about finding the right caterer for your event - trust me - you can not do better than Puff n Stuff. After searching through the city guides for a week trying to discern what was what and who was for real amoug the Caterers in Orlando, we decided on PUFF. There was so much out there on the web to read and it was not easy to decide what was for real and what was not. This is for sure these guys don't need fake recommendations, they have years of business that shows what they are about. We are in good hands with them. Pros: ON The job !! more
