DO NOT... I repeat...DO NOT go to the W.I.C clinic located in this building. I arrived at 9am sharp and was forced to wait to be served until 3pm. There were tons of people waiting the same amount of time as me. Picture sitting in a non air conditioned room with screaming, hungry, restless, poopy babies for hours. Both waiting rooms were full to the brim and they only had two nurses working. They, of course, were all taking their sweet time. What is it with the local family services locations? I have never been to one that wasn't just as unprofessional. They are all the same. Filthy facilities, extremely rude staff and abnormally long wait times. At this particular location I was forced to change my children's diapers on a disgustingly dirty bathroom floor. My 6 month old almost picked up someone's dirty band-aid and put it in his mouth. How on earth can you be a public facility geared toward family care and not have a diaper changing table? Then on top of all that crap I was yelled at by the security guard for feeding my children on the premises because all the signs say ""no food or drink allowed"". Normally, I would have obeyed but I refused to let my babies starve for the six hours we were stuck there. That's right SIX HOURS! I am beyond outraged and appalled at what my children and I had to endure today. Just because someone is poor and needs assistance, does not mean they should be treated like a stray dog. I will be taking action!
Pros: Worst experience ever
Cons: Worst experince ever
