?I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy that includes elements of cognitive behavior therapy, family theory, client centered counseling and psychodynamic therapy. My experience includes work with individuals of various races, ethnicities and religions. I am also knowledgeable about physical factors that influence psychological functioning.
I work with individuals who are 18 years of age or older, either individually or as a couple. My special interest is in working with those who are committed to changing long term problems with self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, anxiety and depression.
