I am not sure if they are over burdened or understaffed but I received a referral for services from their office in early june it is now the beginning of august and the only return phone call I have gotten was when I left a message saying I was going to get a referral for another provider. If my insurance would give me another one I wouldn't be going to this office....they take 3 hour lunches and I think maybe each therapist is inth eoffice one day a week...my son will be 18 before we ever get services. Ridiculous!
