I called Psychic Dina to make an appointment for tarot card readings about 2 weeks in advance. She called me back promptly to let me know she was available and to just call her back to confirm. A week before the appointment, I called to confirm 3 people would be coming for tarot readings at 4pm, and she told me it would be no problem. Then on the Saturday of the appointments, I called her about a half before just to confirm the appointments one more time. She wasn't even home, and whoever answered the phone told me she was stuck in traffic but would be available at 5pm instead. I had people here from out of town to see her, and we couldn't push the appointment by a full hour at the last minute. And it was me who called her to confirm - what if we had just come and she wasn't even there? Completely unprofessional for any type of business. We never got to see her, but I don't know of anyone who would work with a ""professional"" who can't at least call to let their client know there's a problem with their scheduled appointment.
