I find Dr. Wu to be a very caring well informed physician. I could not disagree more with the two reviews I read about her. She takes time to listen. She is very positive and has a great bed side manner. She is the utmost professional who is very respectful. more

Patient factory 3/26/2006

I go to Dedham Medical for my ob appointments. The doctors and staff are very nice but you can not help but feel as if you are in a meat factory. They are just cranking you along while they see one person after the other. It is sad that in our world today we can't get more than 15 minutes with our doctors. more

Everything under one roof 8/24/2005

This is a massive center on the Dedham Needham line that has a doctor for every specialty you could want. I think they also have an office in another suburb. While it is incredibly convenient to have everything in one building, it feels a little like a factory. You also will have a bit of a wait to register in, and the lab often is backed up. I saw the ENT, and it was a bit of an impersonal office. The dr spent no more than 5 minutes with me, and seemed annoyed that I was even there (I had Mono, and I think he was annoyed it was a virus and not something really to do with my E,N or T) more
