Excellent Attorneys! 4/8/2010

Ms. Provence and Mr. Messervy both helped me in my divorce and custody action, which I might add, was a complete nightmare before they became involved. Both attorneys worked extremely hard for me, and they got me quick, favorable results. They are very prompt in responding to phone calls and e-mails, and I never doubted whether my case was being worked, as I had with a previous firm. I have seen them both work in a trial setting as well, and they are very professional and respected by opposing counsel, as well as the judges. I am completely happy with the results they achieved for me in my case and would recommend them to anyone! more

Reputable attorney with good staff 2/6/2010

I recently had to fire an attorney b/c of they way their staff treated me (like I was an inconvenience when asking any questions). My sister sent me to this office and I have worked with for 2 months now and am very pleased. They are fair with their fees (no surprises come bill time) and the staff is very helpful. They have been able to send me almost everything online so that I don't have to miss work for appointments, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. They are helping me with an estate but did my sister's divorce. I have also learned that they do criminal work too. Not sure what else. more

Great reputation. Great results. 2/7/2009

My advice . . . before you hire any attorney, talk to some of their former clients and know who you are hiring. Those worth their fees will gladly give you references of satisfied clients. I have personally worked with Tiffany Provence of Provence Messervy and would give her service, skills and reputation * 5 stars * Known for her years as a Probate Judge, but the clients I spoke with included divorce and accident clients. more
