I sent my Frederique Constant watch to be repaired...for the third time. After 2 months I finally got it back. Guess what? It still does not work!!!! Do not buy Frederique Constant and do not use Providence Watch Hospital. Cons: Slow service and poor repairs more

Have been trying to contact company for two (2) days, just keep leaving messages, non returned. very disappointed. 5/7/2008

maybe now someone may contact me. I was recommended to your facility for a repair service and no one seems to care if I am happy with the services or not. more
