Providence Chiropractic Clinic - Dr. Michael Lancellotti

I came in to Dr. Lancellotti with my hand on top of my head as that is the only place that I felt relief. With the xrays showed that I should have surgery but I listened to Dr. Lancellotti and tried decompression. I just wanted relief and would have tried anything to avoid surgery. Knock on wood it has been a year and with routine maintenance, I have no issues and surgery was avoided. I thank Dr. Lancellotti every visit that he saved me from surgery. more

WORST CHIROPRACTOR IN THE WHOLE STATE! He does not care about his patients all he cares about is $$$! His staff does not have any idea what they are doing. He does not hire a qualified staff, he has his wife working at the front desk and calling insurance companies for patients when she admits she hates doing it and doesn't understand it! The office gives you wrong information and admits that they told you something wrong but does not take responsibility for it and sticks you with the bill! He has multiple patients in the rooms at the same time and the equipment is falling apart! If you tell him something else is bothering you he just says okay and does the same thing he has always done every past visit. He does not change anything or do anything different to help your new ache. Save yourself a headache and take my advice... go to a reputable chiropractor in the area, there are many others, there is no reason to go to this scam artists office! He shouldn't even be allowed to practice! more
