Two years of dealing with these people mercifully over. I have never dealt with customer service this bad. \r
We had an emergency a couple of days before Christmas. I called and made an appt. They told me their outrageous price and I decided to see if it was the going rate. I called 3 other gas companies and it was almost twice as much, but unfortunately no other propane company will touch another's equipment. So I had to make the appt. They gave me a 5 hour window, and gave me a call 10 min before they were supposed to be there and told me that it was going to be 1 hr longer, and that is just to show up. Who knows how long it would have been to fix it. Being busy and Christmas time, I had other obligations that I was late for, so I called the office to cancel and reschedule and they didn't care, and I asked if I still had to pay the full crazy price, since I already had to take off 4 hrs from work, and of course I did.
