A Real Eye-Opener 1/4/2013

I was extremely impressed with the services of ProTek. Their inspection was very detailed, and in addition to confirming issues I was able to detect myself, revealed numerous structural defects I was totally unaware of. Janis spent plenty of time with me, explaining all his findings and patiently answering my questions. We moved through quickly, but at no time did I feel rushed. He then prepared and submitted a very professional Inspection Report, loaded with detailed information, photographs, and cost estimates. \r \r I think the Pro-Tek services are not only valuable while confirming the condition of a home pre-purchase, but also include lots of insightful commentary about things one could do to make improvements, post-purchase. In my opinion, their many years of experience and in-depth knowledge are a bargain at the price they charge. Do not waste your money with ProTek. 5/10/2012

Extremely displeased with the integrity and professionalism, let alone services provided by ProTek. Very noticeable, significant and subsequently expensive flaws were missed. Hind sight, don t hire ProTek, hire someone for each-- roof, furnace, electrical, etc..., the cost would have ultimately been cheaper that way too. I will never refer this company. Disappointed doesn t even begin to describe my experience. more
