The best person when it comes to taxes 5/16/2012

Steve and the rest of the staff are the most helpful, most knowledgable, and got me the most money for my tax return. He's very intelligent, has the best resources and up to date software and technology to help me with my taxes. I recommend him to anyone, hands down. more

Our taxes are complicated and Steve always comes through for us, answering our questions and fully explaining the circumstances. If he can't answer the question - he will contact the individual that can/will do so and get back to us right away. Now that's service.... Tax Preparation 4/17/2012

We were first time customers and were very happy with our return results and the new relationship with our Tax Preparer. I have worked in the tax business for many years. Pro Tax was very professional from my inquire call to the completion of my return.They even offered to review my past year returns for correctness.I will tell my friends this is a place to go, they do things right. This is my second time using Protax, specifically Steve Castro and I was once again very pleased with the service. I had the same CPA for over 10 years and was so sad when he retired and really didn't believe I would find someone else I liked as much. However, Steve and his staff are warm, intelligent, efficient, and professional and I recommend them to anyone who mentions they need to do their taxes. Excellent work. Thank you. more

Excellent services 3/27/2012

Very professionally prepared taxes. Although its by appointment only, they were kind enough to make time for me due to my walk in. The atmosphere of the office is very comforting and made me feel at home. My taxes were prepared for free because I am a service member, I thank them for that. Protax earns my recommendation to everyone I know. more

If you need a tax professional to do your taxes, Steve Castro is your guy. Not only is he knowledgeable, he has a lot of patience for someone like us who have personal income and business schedules. His new office is comfortable and neat. We've been going to Steve since 2005 and plan to continue. We highly recommend Steve. more
