Honest Mechanic! 10/6/2011

Excellent customer service, honest and fast! I highly recommend ProStar for your BMW/Mercedes repairs. Ed answered all my questions on the phone, repaired my car quickly & offered to drop me off at work too. If you want personal service, look no further. Great location, easy to find and priced fairly. more

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE 8/8/2011

An hour and a half into a trip to Georgia for a family event, multiple warning lights lit up on our BMW 5 series. After a quick search for the nearest repair facility, we literally coasted into Prostar's parking lot. Without an appointment, Ed attended to our needs immediately, diagnosing a bad alternator. He personally drove to pick up the part rather than have us wait for the part to be deliverled. He replaced the alternator as well as a low beam headlight that had burned out and had us back on the road in less than three hours. All this while saving us several hundred dollars compared to BMW dealer prices! He called the follow day to make sure we arrived safely and without further problems. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such an accommodating and competent mechanic. more

TELLS THE TRUTH, NICE, PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE & HELP 8/2/2010

For a very long time, I've was taking my BMW to another place in South Tampa for service and repairs. I was very unhappy with this other place (lied to, over charged, etc.), but I didn't know where else to go. Thank Goodness I found Ed at ProStar. Now, I know what it's like to be told the truth about what wrong with my car (and shown) and I'm not over charged for it to be repaired. It was truly a delight to take my car to Ed. If you own a BMW, Mercedes, etc., you need to try ProStar on Davis Island. I'M THRILLED I FINALLY FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY BMW SERVICE AGENT!!
