Great service, called on Wednesday, was able to meet me at 9 am to accommodate my tight schedule, didn't take long, worked on an old door and made it secure, works great... professional,knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy help. Highly recommend!! more

3 am lock out 5/19/2011

After returning home, at about 3am in the morning, I realised that I had lost my keys. I called several locksmith and the price was crazy high and I had to wait more than a 1 hour for a locksmith. I eventually called Prospect deadbolt & key, the dispatch told me that within 20 minutes the locksmith will be at my place. Well she was right he came within 20minutes and opened my door, and his price was much less that I thought. more

My son locked the keys to the car while at a grocery store in the evening. I called Prospect deadbolt & key. He came very quickly and was very courteous and the price was very good, too. I have added Prospect deadbolt & key to my phone contacts. Very, very pleased! more

Life Savers! 2/25/2011

Imagine its late on a cold night. You go to leave your friends house and you have no keys. You spend and hour looking everywhere - except your car. Finally you look in and see them in the ignition. Of course all of the doors are locked. So you call a locksmith, expecting the worse. Nope - They arrived fast, no extra charge for late night (or cold weather). Thank you. more

Best Locksmiths Around! 2/17/2011

Prospect Deadbolt & Key are the best locksmiths around. I've had them make keys for my cars twice now and both times they've had really good prices and great response time. Both locksmiths they sent were very friendly and completed the work quite quickly and without any problems. Highly recommended! more

Professional and Quick Locksmith 1/16/2011

Ok..... so I got locked IN my house today while I was at home for lunch! How does that happen! I had to literally take the door handle off in order to get out! Thank goodness I had a deadbolt, so I duck taped the hole in the door and locked the top lock and back to work. As soon as I got to work, I used Google and found Prospect Deadbolt & Key. They were mighty busy today, but made time for me and came over after I got off work. The locksmith was professional, quick and made sure my keys worked and the door closed properly unlike my handy dandy job that got me into this mess in the first place. ;D I know I know, I can fix some things but not everything. Anyhow, very nice guy, great service and fair market price! more

Professional Service 12/5/2010

This is an amazing company! I called around a few places before finding Prospect Deadbolts & Keys and nobody even compares in customer service! They were incredibly helpful! They knew exactly what he was talking about. I know nothing about locks and had a really simple problem. they could have easily scammed me into a whole new lock but instead they was honest and helped me save money in the end. Thanks guys! more
