I stood there and could not get a ghetto blaster to make a sound and they told me it worked great after about 10 minutes to warm up...are you kidding????\r \r They would sell their 12 year old daughters for 10 cents if they could get away with it.\r \r By the way...If you have something hot to pawn...they always say yes!\r \r Liars, crooks, sneaks, thieves, God knows what they do out the back door as well.\r \r Only a matter of time until the fuzz drops these maggots.\r more

REAL Customer Service!!! 11/15/2011

In today's economy, people are quick to blame everyone for what ever is wrong. Everyone also has an idea on how to get America back on track; well this is the only business I know that has the RIGHT idea. This little business really makes you feel respected. Very polite gentleman, treats you with respect and makes you feel like he appreciates you coming to his store. Where has customer service gone? Most stores have teenagers that pay you no mind, while they are talking away on the telephone, instead of doing their jobs. This place is the total opposite, I would have to go back to Japan to receive this level of customer service. This is a diamond in the rough!!!! Real treasure. more

Heaven Sent!!! 4/22/2011

My financial institution in Oakland Park!\r At least once a month I run out of money before I run out of month. But the bills keep coming anyway; lucky there's Prospect Pawn. So convenient, the guy there is always so helpful and very understanding. This place really cares about customers, always open (at least when I go). Nicest person, best business, great deals and perfect for loans. Don't know what I would do without them! more
