Suzy was able to close this loan when two other banks were not. This was a difficult loan that I'm sure was not easy for Suzy, yet I never knew it. I have had buyers in the past call me because of their level of frustration with their banks and that did not happen once on this loan. Suzy is as good as they get! She did an outstanding job! more
