I cannot say enough about the outstanding and professional service that I received from Prospect Mortgage. This is the second home that I have purchased through them and they closed both of my homes within 30 days without the slightest hitch. My Loan officer, Joe Manglardi stayed in constant contact with my wife and I, 24/7 to ensure that our needs and questions were addressed. He saved us a lot of money, got us the best rates around and his communication with all of the parties involved was amazing. Giving Joe and Prospect Mortgage 5 Stars is too low, they deserve 6 Stars ant the very least! Steve J more

Great job! 10/2/2012

He communicated, always took my calls, went to bat for us and worked very hard to get this to the closing table. We had a very tight deadline and would have made it but the buyer amended some tax returns which caused us to miss the date. Nick remained positive and we just worked through it. He is a very good loan officer. more

Very Hardworking! 9/27/2012

Frequent communication, met all deadlines, worked very, very hard to make everything work, quick processing time. Most value was he did not give up. This was a difficult loan and Nick worked incredibly hard with underwriters to put it together. Nick did a great job. Just keep him there. more
