Lori Gray was extremely timely in her actions and responses...accurate, professional and the personal customer service was extraordinary! Lori and Amy, her assistant, were there every step of the way and did a fantastic job telling us what was needed and answering our questions. Because this was a short sale, it was extremely difficult and took months to close. Lori stood by us and made sure it happened! 100% fantastic!
