Prospect Car Wash & Oil Change

I always have a bad experience at this place. If you let them do an oil change, they will make up ridiculous things that are wrong with your car and nickel and dime you for everything. They will charge you $30 EACH to replace wiper blades!! The last time I got an oil change was in December. They put in the expensive High Mileage oil...didn't ask, just did it. I paid $55.00 for that. Since it was a sloppy day and was going to rain, I didn't get the car wash that day. I came back yesterday and they said, ""Well, the computer says you had the car wash"". Gah!! Well, the sign said $8.00 for the wash, so I figured I could suck that up. NO, they stuck on an extra $7.00 because they ALWAYS add the detailing!!! What a bunch of liars!! And the people working there are a creepy bunch. I will NEVER go back there, lesson learned. Pros: They have coffee. whoopee. Cons: Ripoff artists. more

I gotta be honest, this is one heck of an establishment. I had some pretty severe oxidation on my car and they took care of the problem in no time. Was really impressed with the quick and competent service! Great Value!! more

I go there for everything. Not only are they the best car wash around, the guys that work there are the best. The few times I have had small problems, the guys were quick to touch up anything they had missed. Pros: Best car wash for the $. Great service. Awesome attendants!
