Amazing Software Even Better Customer Service 12/5/2011

I've had the pleasure of being a client of this Business Software for 11 years now, and I have to say even with the change of ownership (some of the original employees purchaed it) it just keeps getting better and better. These guy's will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. If you are looking for a salon or business software ProSolutions is the way to go. more

Great company, Great Software 11/2/2009

Not sure who cloeh dealt with but I love these guys. I am not very computer savvy and they always make me feel at home when I call their support. Their software runs every aspect of my salon and I almost never have problems but when I do I know they'll take care of me! Pros: super friendly, patient Cons: none that come to mind more

unresponsive, horrible follow through 8/15/2008

I have been in the spa industry for years, worked with multiple software systems and this company is a train wreck. They don't return calls, complete fixing their system that is falling apart, and they refuse to take accountability for the system not working correctly. Cons: lack of customer service for a system that is falling apart and they clearly can not fix it more
