facts about home were almost correct - stated 3 br but actually has a frog so it can be listed as having 4 which would increase the value. Overall quick and easy! more

I originally needed a complete property record for a family member's house after they passed away and the info I needed wasn't included in the initial record. After speaking with Cody about what I needed, another report was sent to me with the information I needed. I must say that it was some of the better customer service I've received recently and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thanks again for your help Cody! more

This review was very helpful, idenitifying local services and issues, even offender list. I was hoping to learn more of the historical sales history, though it appears last sale date was quite aged. thank you. more
