This business is wonderful to both me and my tenants. I have had the same tenants living in my rental for almost 3 years now, not only because they like the house so much but because of the management too. I have had 2 previous (and terrible) property management experience sin Orlando. This company, however, has been a blessing to me, relieving me of headaches and not causing more. Their service is prompt and professional both to me and my tenant. They provide prompt accounting, and their charges are reasonable - not more than I'd paid to the other for poor services. I have rented many apartments and houses and this seriously was the worst experience of our familys life dealing with these people. Not only do they not obide by there contracts and wirtten agreements but they also do not answer or return calls dealing with small matters or serious emergencies. We have lived in this house for over a year and a half and have made over 200 calls to them and have gotten a response less than ten times. In fact there were a few instances that were extremely serious and potentially life threatening that were not ever dealt with or responded to at all by them. Theyre the most unproffesional people i have ever met and dealt with. They have no consideration or compassion for their tenants and are just out to scam you and find a way to make money from you whether on some ridiculous charge or in your security deposit. more

This is a great company that worked with me to get my deposit back. I took good care of the home and they were forthcoming with info on the necessary cleaning that needed to be done to avoid a cleaning charge. Thanks for all the help. more
