Proper cuts is a pretty nice hair salon. It isn’t very big, but the stylist are very friendly. They are willing to work with whatever pictures you bring in and tell you whether they think it will work on you or not. For about 10 bucks, you get a pretty good haircut. Especially considering the other comparable places out there. more

Need a hair cut 8/11/2005

Proper cuts is a very nice haircut Salon, Its small friendly and everyone is happy to make you look good. The owner is a nice lady and doesn't give you BullSh*t for your money. You get what you pay for and for $8 thats a great deal. I cannot forget this at all, The hair stylists are very very good, all are female so for a guy thats a good thing :) more
