Propaganda-Wicker Park

This place is a great location! Its right in the heart of a strip with a pretty interesting night life crowd. I saw the shop one night coming back from Rodan. I came in to check them out during the weekday. I really like their retail design though i think their main thing is the custom stuff....either way I dig it! I came in with a really crappy hand drawn design that i've wanted put on a shirt since forever. They were really cool about ""digitizing"" my drawing for a small fee of course. Anyway the end product came out really nice. If I get enough feedback i'll come back and do a big screeoprinted run of shirts. Pros: great location fast service Cons: not the best looking store in the world more

My band Mystic Spiral has an album coming out soon. We perform in the area so we already knew about these guys from local businesses using their services. We got a few extra bucks left to spend from our contract. We figured we'd see what these guys had to offer for a dirty rock band in the way of t-shirts. We went with some semi-expensive Alternative appparel worn looking tees. We had a design but needed a bit of work. These guys have a great artist working there he took our logo into a whole other level. We had them printed in a vintage look on the shirts. It came out sick! We sold out of them at our show the following week within 3 hours. Sweet! thanks and we will back for more. These dudes rock! Pros: Really good artwork on the design end more

I had a last minute idea for a few shirts for a theme party. Was in a total crunch for time. I have a friend that lives in Wicker that reccommended me to Propaganda. Oh my gosh these guys were a total life saver! Luckily they had some cool styles in stock and weren't slammed busy due to the cold weather that day/ I thinmk they prefer it if you give them a few days to put your order together. Anyway I was so surprised that these guys got the order done way before the party started. My friends and I got alot of feed back from our The Office themed shirts. Who doesn't love the old Jim- 3 hole puncher shirt?! Awesome! Pros: good location trendy REALLY CUSTOM! Cons: I spent slightly more than I wanted...but still a great deal! more
