Prompt Car Wash

These guys do a great job, I had barely noticed this place a little while back, I finally got a chance to come in over the weekend, and I was very pleased. Everyone including the manager was hustling and working hard. In this day and age I like going places that have good work ethic. more

I recently went here for the first time in a few years, because the supersonic close to my work closed down for a few weeks for remodeling. I am really glad that I did. I had never had any problem with the job, friendliness, or price. A few years ago though the service got a little slower, so I started going to the supersonic close to my work in midvale. I am really glad that supersonic closed for a few weeks because when I came back to this place, they had changed the whole process. The job is even better than I remember it, and it was much faster. Out of convenience I went back to the sonic close to work after it opened back up, and realized how much of a better value prompt was. Prompt has more than won me back, well done and bravo. I will be telling family and friends, keep up the good work. more

WOW !!!, that is all I can say! First off a brush free wash, to date the only one in this area that I have been able to find. Next this is the only place in town to go for actual detailing. My sister referred me to this place and now I can see why. Once a year I have my car detailed, in the past I have tried supersonic ( yuk! a little bit better than car wash for $150 ), polished image ( better but WAY too expensive, and still not what I expect a ""full detail "" to look like ), and firehouse ( the best out of the others but they don't even compare to this prompt place ). Prompt has been the only place that has done what they said they were going to do : "" full detail "" my car, from the vents, the bars under the seat, the door frames,even inside the trunk and spare tire,even the engine all look like brand new, from now on I will never go any where else but here, and neither will my friends or family. Well worth my $150.00 they have gained me and my family for life !!! more

i was just browsing through the internet just looking at all sorts of odds and ends stuff and out of no where i remember that i want to get my boyfriends carpets done on his jeep before his birthday which is on Halloween because thats his birthday and so i go to Google search so that i can pull up my favorite car wash place and i saw this thing and i thought that it was prompts website so i clicked on it and i realized that it wasn't what I thought it was but i was bored and so i started reading stuff,and i read the article from the one cop jurk saying all sorts of stuff. I think its funny enough because I think i was their the day that that cop guy was there because August 24 Th is my sisters birthday and we went to prompt, and it was sometime in the morning and there was some cop guy there who looked like he needed surgery to get the stick removed from his butt. the guy had like two little kids that were making a mess all over the place. \r i know peter because hes the manager and damn hes fine! the cop guy was trying to be a jurk, i cant remember what kind of thing the guy was being mean about but me and this old lady were both kind of laughing at the guy but peter was nice to the guy and told the guy about something that the guy didnt understand, but the guy waited and came back like 10 min latter and was mean again and peter talked to him again and was nice but he didn't kiss the guys butt but he was just being a good manager i just remember thinking that the cop guy was just on some kind of power trip or something like trying to get a free car wash or something. but any way i love this place and would never go anywhere else me and all of my family think there awesome and they're cool. I took my vehicle into Prompt because I am aware SL County uses them and they do a good job. I walked up to the counter to pay and an older gentleman cut in front of me and said, ""Sorry kid!"" I was fine with this, as his vehicle was finished and mine was not. Peter, the employee at the counter turned to me and told me the gentleman's ticket number came before mine anyway. After they finished the transaction, it was my turn to pay, but a lady stood up and came to the counter. Peter stopped helping me, took her ticket, and told me her ticket number was before mine as well. I had no problem with this, but I asked Peter if I should just wait to pay till my vehicle was finished. He said I could pay any time and that was not necessary. I walked away for a while to allow him to finish helping those with ticket numbers before mine. I went back to pay after being notified my vehicle was finished and a lady who had just dropped off her vehicle was paying before me. Peter knew that my vehicle was finished and the lady he was helping had a ticket number that came after mine, but instead of giving me the same courtesy he gave the others who were before me, he simply chose to complete the transaction for the lady who should have been helped after me if he would have been consistent with his own policy. Instead of confronting him at the counter I paid and left and decided to never return. I took note that he was extrememly helpful and accommodating to those older folks who drove Cadillacs and BMW's. I guess being an owner of a Mazda 6, I did not deserve respect. There is a lady who ususally works at the counter who is very friendly and she helps people in the order they stand in line, but she was not there on 08-24-08 when I went in. I am very disappointed with Peter's customer service because he seemed like a polite guy, but he just lacks customer service skills. My husband is an employee of SL County and will now take his vehicle to Supersonic. Pros: The people who actually clean your car do an excellent job Cons: Peter, who is the cashier is condescending and unfair to middle-class customers more

I have lived in places all over the US, I recently moved to SLC and was recommended to this place by a family member and was extremely impressed.\r For starters I was suprised to see a TOUCHLESS CAR WASH do such a GREAT JOB on a vehicle, as a matter of fact I could go as far as to say that I have never had my car look as good from any carwash that I had been to in vegas, new york, or calif. The service was very thorough, especially for a 14.95 car wash, the help was very friendly and polite. Because I was so impressed with the wash after the first time being their I asked about detailing, they explained things very to the point and easy to understand, not like alot of other places I had been to where they try to make things sound all fancy so as to get you to think that you should spend money on it. I really liked the feel of this place from the second I pulled in, the whole experience had a very, honest and customer oriented feel to it, similiar to a 1950's business ethic, were customers were treated well. I have been to this place now like five times and would not want to go anywhere else for any reason!!!!\r Absolutely the best carwash that I have ever been to!!!!!!!!!
