Nice complex but property management not so great. I’ve called multiple times to get my water faucet fixed in tub. Was told that it’s an old faucet so it’ll always leak. That’s unacceptable because for a year it leaked and caused a rising in water bill. On at least 3 occasion as I was hot with an extra fee for something that was unreasonable. Every time they would only apologize for miscommunications between there employees. I’ve never had a bad experience with any former property management until now. They’re money hungry! more

The complex is within walking distance to the Tucson Mall, Sam's Club, Ruby Tuesday's, Applebees, Starbucks, Bruger's Bagels, Zona 78, and several other places all within 5 to 10 minute walk. So as far as location in Tucson it is in a really good spot. more

The staff ad the DR are very accomodating - got selections, insurance is accepted (case to case ) of course, just like being in HEAVEN with Red A. while in the Boston game. more

My experience much different than others. Things may have changed since I've been there. Stayed in a two bedroom for 1 year for $750/mo. Stayed in one bedroom for 2 years at $500/month. I know rates have gone up since. I found it to be well priced for the quality of the rooms and grounds. Very nice looking grounds. Also liked raquetball courts and two nice swimming pools. Maybe 4 times over 3 years had to wait for open machines in laundry rooms. Parking not assigned, but lots of covered and uncovered parking. Safe area of town within walking distance of Tucson Mall. more

Great Place! 7/8/2011

I lived here for six months so far and have been having a great experience ever since. The rent is cheap for the size and location. Parking is great. The office always leaves posts up on gates and or laundry room doors to inform tenants about whats going on in the apartments. Laundry room never had any problem with finding a washer/dryer open to use and left clothes in there for a while and never had them stolen. Lots of grassy areas for dogs and they keep the apartments well kept. The staff is very friendly, listen very well, and quick to respond to problems. I also had one of the tubes on the toilet break and water was everywhere note this happened at 1am. I called the emergency number and they called me back in 10mins and had it fixed in 10mins. They also had a blower in my apartment for a day to dry all the carpets and sucked out all the water. They also followed up to make sure everything is ok. more
