But when they do I tell them to try these people. Theyre a solid decent company that has been around a while, dont charge the earth and Im okay with telling my clients about them. more

This is my third home (yes, crazy) and I was concerned about qualifying for a loan but it wasnt an issue. I was able to get the loan at a decent fixed rate and had a few snags along the way but overall, a good experience. These people werent pushy or slick. Just regular guys who know their business well. more

They are all helpful and friendly which when it comes right down to it, is just what you need in this sort of thing. I had no issues in my closing and was satisfied it was over but grateful it went so well. I do not know what others think but we were happy. more

I went through a very stressful time when a recent deal almost fell through. These guys were there to pull me through it and lucky me since it could easily have gone south. Timing was essential to this deal (not my fault but sellers) and I was glad to have these guys working for me. All turned out well in the end. more
